Black Pearl Guest Messaging is intended to enhance the guest experience by providing convenient and timely communication through text messaging. Our messaging program may be used to share reservation confirmations, reservation reminders, reservation modifications, waitlist notifications, guest service updates, and responses to inquiries submitted through our website, reservation platform, or restaurant team.
Participation in the program is entirely voluntary, and guests may opt out at any time.
CONSENT TO RECEIVE MESSAGES
By providing your mobile phone number to Black Pearl, whether through a reservation, contact form, event inquiry, online booking platform, or direct communication with our team, you expressly consent to receive text messages related to the services you have requested.
Your consent to receive SMS communications is not a condition of purchasing goods or services from Black Pearl. Participation in the messaging program is provided solely as a convenience for our guests.

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with Black Pearl. Guests may receive multiple messages surrounding a reservation or guest service request, while other guests may receive messages only occasionally depending on their level of engagement.
Black Pearl does not guarantee a specific number of messages and reserves the right to adjust message frequency as necessary to provide requested services.
MESSAGE AND DATA RATES
Standard message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's pricing plan. Charges associated with sending or receiving text messages are the responsibility of the mobile subscriber.
Guests are encouraged to contact their wireless carrier directly for information regarding applicable rates and fees.
OPTING OUT OF SMS COMMUNICATIONS
You may discontinue receiving text messages from Black Pearl at any time by replying STOP to any message received through the program.
Upon receiving your opt-out request, we will make reasonable efforts to promptly remove your mobile number from future SMS communications associated with the messaging program. Certain administrative communications related to active reservations or transactions may still be delivered when necessary.

Black Pearl does not guarantee uninterrupted delivery of text messages.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Black Pearl shall not be responsible for any damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from delayed, misdirected, incomplete, interrupted, or failed delivery of SMS communications.
Participation in the messaging program is provided on an as-is basis and is subject to the limitations of mobile carrier networks and third-party service providers.
