A STORY FROM THE CHEF
Executive Chef Abel Chiok Diaz.
I grew up in kitchens shaped by Italy and France. Over more than two decades, I've cooked my way through Peru, Australia, and Europe, but it was in the United States that I fell in love with Japanese food.
That collision between what I was raised on and what I found here is what Black Pearl is about. A miso carbonara that still reads Italian. A short rib finished with dashi soy. Two disciplines, one voice. All of it is story.
